The ULI came down for a week, toured the city, interviewed more than 300 people, and held town hall meetings.

One of the things that the ULI intends to do is to convert to "green space" Dillard University.

Another thing that the ULI plan attempts to do is to plant trees on the high ground in and around New Orleans.
